  PREEMPT_RT kernel for the Raspberry Pi 4 with the IRQF_NO_THREAD pps-gpio patch.

  Pi 4 / arm64 only. Unsigned, community-built. Verify SHA256SUMS.

  Boot-tested on real hardware before publishing: Stratum 1, 273 ns system offset, PPS handler confirmed NOT force-threaded.

  Install:

  sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS
  sudo ./install-rt-kernel.sh
  sudo reboot
  

  The installer never touches kernel8.img. Rollback is deleting one line from config.txt.
