Kristoffer Dalby a3c4ad2ca3 types: omit secret fields from JSON marshalling 
Add json:"-" to PostgresConfig.Pass, OIDCConfig.ClientSecret, and
CLIConfig.APIKey so they are excluded from json.Marshal output
(e.g. the /debug/config endpoint).
